Als ICT Support Officer ondersteun je pro-actief je collega’s in het gebruik van alle aanwezige applicatie software. Je biedt 1e en 2e lijn ondersteuning met betrekking tot vragen van gebruikers. Je bewaakt de tijdige afhandeling van de openstaande support ‘calls’. Tevens beheer je de Windows en Vmware omgeving. Je rapporteert formeel aan de Director Finance, terwijl de dagelijkse aansturing geschiedt door de ICT manager.

 

Takenpakket/Vaardigheden:

  • Volledig beheer over de support ‘calls’ omgeving.
  • Pro-actieve ondersteuning applicatie software, inclusief VOIP-based telefonie
  • Beheer en monitoring van de server omgeving
  • Nauwe samenwerking met ICT-Manager.

Profiel:  

  • Minimaal MBO informatica nivo 4
  • Windows 2007, 2010 en 2012
  • Netwerken (TCP/IP, switches, firewall etc).
  • Nederlands, Engels
  • Rijbewijs B

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Defining the development project plans, including assumptions and timelines
  • Controlling the progress of projects and periodically updating the project timelines
  • Defining the development strategy, in close collaboration with internal departments and development partners
  • Defining the development budget in consultation with CDOs, CROs and CMOs, and regularly updating of the projects budgets
  • Keeping track of resource usage to ensure within-budget execution of projects
  • Searching for and recommending suitable development partners.
  • Ensuring adequate pharmaceutical technology level throughout all operations, such as compilation of suitable protocols, action plans, reports, etc.
  • Maintaining the project archive and correspondence with partners
  • Ensuring adequate internal reporting
  • Ensuring the availability of documents required for compilation of registration dossiers following an established template
  • Participating in Project Teams as Support Manager in case of issues with existing products
